Sicherstellung transparenter Kommunikation, KPI‑Nachverfolgung und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung der IT‑Servicequalität. Unterstützung der IT‑Leitung bei der Entwicklung von IT‑Strategie, Roadmap und Budget. Ihr Profil Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor oder höher) in einem relevanten Bereich und mindestens 7 Jahre IT‑Erfahrung, davon 2+ Jahre in Programm‑ oder Service‑Management.
